Russell Micinski was convicted of one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury, a Class A misdemeanor, and two counts of driving under the influence causing bodily injury, a Class D felony. He sought review in the Court of Appeals, which reversed both convictions by a divided vote. Micinski v. State (1985), Ind. App., 479 N.E.2d 632. We grant the States Petition for Transfer, vacating the opinion of the Court of Appeals.
